Massage Therapist McKenna Hall is an expert in the treatment of head, neck and lower back conditions, but also takes a holistic approach to treating the whole body. She can provide a range of treatment approaches suitable for everyone.

McKenna graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College with Honours on the Dean’s List and holds certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).

McKenna established her clinical practice in 2022 and was excited to join Muscle & Spine in 2024 as the leading clinic in spine and related muscle conditions in Collingwood.

Her passion for massage therapy began as a Provincial level gymnast where she experienced the benefits of massage therapy and learned the importance of self-care for optimal performance and wellbeing.

>McKenna has a diverse background working with everyone from athletes to the elderly. She offers traditional deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, stretching, cupping and exercise as well as relaxation techniques.

Osteopath and Massage Therapist Kaitlyn Hough is an expert in the treatment of head, neck and lower back conditions, but also takes a holistic approach to treating the whole body. She has a background working with athletes, but can provide a range of treatment approaches suitable for everyone.

Kaitlyn holds dual certification as both a Osteopathic Manual Practitioner from London College of Osteopathy as well as a Registered Massage Therapist from Westervelt College. Prior to that she attended Conestoga College for Fitness and Health Promotion and also earned a Masters in Exercise Science from Hartpury College.

Kaitlyn established her clinical practice in 2018 and was excited to join Muscle & Spine in 2023 as the leading clinic in spine and related muscle conditions in Collingwood.

>Kaitlyn has a diverse background working with everyone from infants to the elderly. She offers traditional deep tissue massage, myofascial release and stretching as well as reflexology and instrument massage such as cupping and Gua Sha.

As part of her osteopathic training she also performs osteopathic cranial sacral techniques, visceral manipulations, neuropoint stimulation. On top of this she has a background in energetic therapies such psychosomatic therapy, frequency healing and Reiki.

Kaitlyn moved to Collingwood in 2023. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking the trails with her dogs, running and other sporting activities.

Chiropractor Dr. Travis McCormack is an expert in the treatment of acute and chronic neck and back conditions. He has experience treating a wide range of patients, from young athletes to recreational athletes and many other working professionals and retirees.

Dr. McCormack holds a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated Cum Laude.

Prior to that he attended the University of Ontario Institute of Technology for Kinesiology where he graduated with Distinction attained a Bachelor of Health Science (Honors) degree in Kinesiology, with a specialization in Rehabilitation.

Travis established his clinical practice in 2023 excited to join Muscle & Spine as the leading clinic in spine and related muscle conditions in Collingwood.

>Travis resides in Collingwood and enjoys being part of a smaller community and all of the outdoor activities the area has to offer.

He has played a variety of sports competitively, including hockey, baseball, football, and volleyball. He continues to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle and when not playing sports himself, enjoys being involved in local sports in both a player and coaching role.

Chiropractor, kinesiologist and experienced personal trainer Dr. Adam Martynuik has treated professional hockey players, professional snowboarders & skiers, professional bikers, and professional golfers among many other working professionals.

Dr. Martynuik holds a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated Cum Laude with Clinical Honors.

Prior to that he successfully completed an Honors Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario where he graduated with Distinction.

A graduate of the McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program he is also certified provider of Active Release Techniques®.

Adam established his clinical practice in 2009 in Collingwood. In 2020 he expanded his practice into the Shipyards Medical Arts Center as Muscle & Spine.

Adam is a founding member of the Georgian Triangle Running Club (GTRC) est. 2012 where he served as President and Head Trail Run Coach. Adam has served as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the CCI Fighting Owls Senior Football team and Ontario Snowboard Club.

Chiropractor and experienced first responder Dr. Mackenzie Gingerich is an expert in the treatment of acute and chronic neck and back conditions. He has advanced experience in the treatment of hockey and soccer players among many other working professionals.

Dr. Gingerich holds a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated Cum Laude. Prior to that he attended the University of Waterloo for Kinesiology where he also worked as an anatomy teaching assistant.

Mackenzie established his clinical practice in 2021 excited to join Muscle & Spine as the leading clinic in spine and related muscle conditions in Collingwood.

Mackenzie has served as first responder for the Toronto Titans AAA Hockey Club and the Ontario Provincial Development League for soccer.

>Mackenzie resides in Collingwood with his wife Sara and their daughter Isla.

Mackenzie is a former competitive hockey player with an interest in the great outdoors including hiking, paddle boarding, golf and a growing interest in skiing. He regularly exercises with resistance training, hockey and soccer among many other sporting activities.
